摘　　要：探讨《医林改错》的辨治思想在脑瘤中的应用。明晰脑瘤生理病理与脏腑的关联,以便针对不同证型特点进行脏腑论治探讨;重视气血损伤对脑瘤疾病过程的影响,注重调理气血平衡;把握脑瘤的病证特点,善用血瘀病机辨治,灵活运用益气活血法治疗。This paper discusses the application of the differentiation and treatment ideas on brain tumor in Yi Lin Gai Cuo(Correction of Errors in Medical Works).In this paper,the relationship between physiology and pathology of brain tumor and zang-fu organs is clarified,so as to discuss the zang-fu differentiation and treatment according to the characteristics of different syndrome types.What's more,the influence of qi and blood injury on the disease process of brain tumor is focused,and the regulation of qi-blood balance is emphasized.In addition,the characteristics of brain tumor is grasped,the differentiation and treatment of blood stasis pathogenesis is made good use of,and the methods of boosting qi and invigorating blood is flexibly used.
