中医治未病的认知现状及发展策略

摘　　要：中医治未病理论是中医的特色健康理念,随着“健康中国2030”健康政策的推行落实,中医治未病理论愈发引起社会重视。笔者通过分析普通群众对于中医治未病理念的认知现状,发现群众对于治未病理念普遍存在认知和接受度较低,未能正确理解其基本内涵等不足,其原因与社会普及、群众自身及政府支持政策等因素有关。笔者认为可通过加强中医药文化的传承创新、创新治未病宣传形式、培养中医人才、政策激励等一系列举措,营造出浓厚中医氛围、加大中医宣传力度、加强中医队伍建设、引导中医事业发展以提高中医治未病理念推广,更好地构建中医治未病健康服务体系,推进健康中国建设。The theory of preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a characteristic health concept of TCM.With the implementation of the health policy of"Healthy China 2030",the theory of preventive treatment of disease in TCM has attracted more and more social attention.By analysing the current situation of the general public's cognition of the concept of preventive treatment of disease in TCM in China,the author finds that the general public's cognition and acceptance of this concept are generally low,and they fail to correctly understand its basic connotation,which are related to social popularization,the masses themselves and the government's support policies.The author believes that a series of measures such as strengthening the inheritance and innovation of TCM culture,innovating the publicity forms of preventive treatment of disease,training TCM talents,and implementing policy incentives will create a strong atmosphere of TCM,increase the publicity of TCM,strengthen the construction of TCM team,and guide the development of TCM to improve the promotion of the concept of preventive treatment of disease,better construct the health service system of preventive treatment of disease,and promote the building of a healthy China.
