摘　　要：高血压病是常见的临床慢性疾病,容易发生心、脑、肾等多器官损伤,影响患者健康。彭锐教授以国医大师邓铁涛教授“五脏相关”理论为指导,结合多年临床经验将高血压诊疗思路概括为其本在肾,其治在肝,其害在心,其复在脾,其进在肺。总结彭教授基于五脏相关理论辨治高血压病的经验,为中医药治疗高血压病提供更多治疗思路。Hypertension is a common chronic disease in clinical practice,which can easily cause damage to multiple organs such as the heart,brain,and kidney,affecting the health of patients.Guided by the"Theory of Five Visceral Correlation"of Professor DENG Tietao,a master of Chinese medicine,Professor PENG Rui summarizes his clinical experience in diagnosing and treating hypertension over many years as follows:the treatment lies in the liver,the harm is in the heart,the recovery is in the spleen,and the progression is in the lung.To summarizes Professor PENG's experience in diagnosing and treating hypertension based on the theory of five visceral correlation,to providing more treatment ideas for the treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.
