参芪润肠汤加艾灸神阙穴治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪润肠汤加艾灸神阙穴治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将116例老年功能性便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组患者采用口服参芪润肠汤治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合艾灸神阙穴治疗,比较2组患者的疗效,治疗前后便秘程度、中医证候积分、消化道激素水平和生活质量。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者便秘临床评分量表(CCS)、便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)、中医证候评分、消化道激素水平和生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者CCS、PAC-SYM和中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清胃动素(MTL)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血管活性肠肽(VIP)和一氧化氮(NO)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量自评问卷(PAC-QOL)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪润肠汤加艾灸神阙穴治疗老年功能性便秘疗效显著,可有效减轻患者的临床症状,调节消化道激素水平,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Runchang Decoction and moxibustion of Shenque acupoint in the treatment of senile functional constipation.Methods Total 116 elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Shenqi Runchang Decoction,while the observation group was combined with moxibustion of Shenque acupoint on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The efficacy,constipation degree,TCM syndrome score,digestive hormone level and quality of life(QOL)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Clinical Score Scale(CCS),Symptom Self-rating Scale for constipation patients(PAC-SYM),TCM syndrome score,digestive hormone level and QOL between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CCS,PAC-SYM and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were low-er than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum motilin(MTL)level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and nitric oxide(NO)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of PAC-QOL in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Runchang Decoc-tion combined with moxibustion of Shenque acupoint is effective in the treatment of senile functional con-stipation,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the digestive hormone level,and improve the QOL of patients.
