摘 要:目前,我国社会经济的发展不断推动着城市化建设进程。在城市化建设的过程中,我国建筑领域也得到了快速的发展。同时,随着社会科技的进步,基于计算机技术及通信技术的楼宇控制系统在现代建筑中得到了广泛应用。总体而言,大型会议会展类建筑当中存在众多的电气设备,并且随着社会居民对此类建筑的使用要求越来越严格,其不仅要能够正常使用,还要为使用者提供舒适的环境,更要建筑满足节能减排标准。因此,在大型会议会展类建筑项目中使用楼宇自控系统已成为必然选择。本文主要研究楼宇自控系统在大型会议会展类建筑中的应用。首先,本文对楼宇自控系统进行了简要概述,分析了其设计依据及设计步骤。随后对大型会议会展类建筑的特点进行分析,并结合此类建筑的实际使用需求,探究楼宇自控系统在其中的应用及优势。希望本文的研究能对相关人员有所启示。Currently,the development of China's socio-economy continuously drives the process of urbanization.During urbanization,the construction industry in China has also experienced rapid growth.Meanwhile,with the advancement of social technology,building control systems based on computer and communication technologies have been widely applied in modern buildings.In general,large conference and exhibition buildings house numerous electrical devices,and as societal demands for these buildings become more stringent,they not only need to function properly but also provide a comfortable environment for users while meeting energy conservation and emission reduction standards.Therefore,the use of building automation systems in large conference and exhibition building projects has become an inevitable choice.This paper mainly studies the application of building automation systems in large conference and exhibition buildings.Firstly,it provides a brief overview of building automation systems,analyzing their design basis and design steps.Then,it analyzes the characteristics of large conference and exhibition buildings and explores the application and advantages of building automation systems in these buildings based on their actual usage needs.It is hoped that this study will provide insights for relevant personnel.
