摘　　要：萎缩性胃炎也称为慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG),主要表现为胃粘膜上皮和腺体萎缩,数量减少,胃粘膜变薄,粘膜基底部增厚,或者伴有幽门腺化生和肠腺化生,或者以不典型增生为特征的胃粘膜常见慢性病变之一。萎缩性胃炎与胃癌发病密切相关,已被世界卫生组织列为胃癌的高危险因素,其中重度萎缩性胃炎且伴有中重度不典型增生又被称为癌前病变。萎缩性胃炎通过常规胃镜检查和胃黏膜活检可以明确诊断。近年来,中医药治疗萎缩性胃炎取得了显著的疗效,有着西医不可替代的独特优势,本文将第六批全国老中医继承指导老师刘苏主任中医师有关四君子汤加减治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床经验进行总结。Atrophic gastritis,also knonwown na as sc chhroronnicic aattrroopphhiic gastritis(CAG),mnaaininlyly m maannifiefesststs a ass g g:astric mucosal epithelial and gland atrophy,reduction in number,gastric mucosa thinning,mucosal base thickening,or accompanied by pyloric gland metaplasia and Intestinal metaplasia,or one of the common chronic lesions of the gastric mucosa characterized by atypical hyperplasia.Atrophic gastritis is closely related to the incidence of gastric cancer and has been listed as a high risk factor for gastric cancer by the World Health Organization.Severe atrophic gastritis accompanied by moderate to severe atypical hyperplasia is also called a precancerous lesion.Atrophic gastritis can be diagnosed clearly through routine gastroscopy and gastric mucosal biopsy.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of atrophic gastritis,and has unique advantages that cannot be replaced by Western medicine.This article will introduce the clinical experience of Liu Su,the sixth batch of national senior traditional Chinese medicine successor instructors,Chief Chinese Physician Liu Su's clinical experience in the treatment of atrophic gastritis with Sijunzi Decoction.Summarize experience.
