基于数据挖掘技术探讨《千金方》治疗胸痹心痛病用药规律

摘　　要：目的:分析《千金方》中胸痹心痛病用药规律。方法:筛选符合纳入标准的处方建立数据库,对中药频数和性味归经进行统计,运用SPSS 25.0软件对高频中药(频次≥8次)进行系统聚类分析,运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件Apriori算法进行关联规则分析。结果:频数最高的前四味中药分别是肉桂、甘草、干姜、人参;药味主要以辛、甘、苦为主;药性主要集中在温、寒、热;归经主要集中在脾、心、肺、肾经。高频药物系统聚类出6个药物组,关联规则分析得出9个药对关联组和8个角药关联组。结论:《千金方》中治疗胸痹心痛病主要以温阳通脉,散寒止痛,健脾养心,补益气血为主,兼顾化痰、理气、清热等法。Objective:To analyze the medication rules for chest pain and angina in《Qianjin Fang》.Methods:Prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria were screened to establish a database,and the frequency and nature,flavor and meridians of Chinese medicines were counted.SPSS25.0 sofware was used to perform a systematic cluster analysis on high-frequency Chinese medicines(frequency≥8 times),and IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software Apriori algorithm was used for association rule analysis.Results:The top four Chinese medicines with the highest frequency were cinnamon,licorice,dried ginger,and ginseng;the taste of the medicines was mainly pungent,sweet,and bitter the medicinal properties were mainly concentrated in warm,cold,and hot;and the meridians were mainly concentrated in the spleen,heart,lung,and kidney meridians.The high-frequency drugs were systematically clustered into 6 drug groups,and the association rule analysis resulted in 9 drug pair association groups and 8 horn drug association groups.Conclusion:The treatment of chest pain and angina in《Qianjin Fang》mainly focuses on warming yang and unblocking meridians,dispersing cold and relieving pain,strengthening spleen and nourishing heart,and replenishing qi and blood,while taking into account the methods of resolving phlegm,regulating qi,and clearing heat.
