摘 要:为充分高效利用稀缺炼焦煤资源,针对新巨龙选煤厂部分细粒级精煤未浮出,浮选尾煤灰分偏低的问题,采用“三次浮选”代替“二次浮选”,即用4台5室浮选机进行一次浮选,保证浮选尾煤灰分达到70%以上;利用原先的4室和3室浮选机进行二次浮选对一次浮选精煤降灰,二次浮选精煤灰分达到8.5%以下,二次浮选尾煤经过浓缩压滤脱水后作为中煤产品;最后用1台3室浮选机进行三次浮选对二次浮选高灰精煤降灰,三次浮选精煤灰分控制到11%以下,三次浮选尾煤返回二次浮选作为补水。解决了原先浮选工艺处理能力不足的问题,同时通过浮选入料截粗改造,改善其粒度组成,优化浮选效果。煤泥深度浮选工艺改造后,煤泥灰分达到70%以上,发热量降低至1350 kcal/kg,较改造之前煤泥灰分升高23百分点,发热量降低1650 kcal/kg,总精煤产率提高1.49百分点,中煤产率提高2.39个百分点、煤泥产率降低2.92百分点,创造了可观的经济效益。In order to fully and efficiently utilize coking coal resources,reduce the loss of fine-grained clean coal and the low ash content of tailings in flotation of the Xinjulong Coal Preparation Plant,triple flotation was adopted instead of secondary flotation.A four five-chamber flotation machine was used for the primary flotation to ensure that ash of the tailings was not below 70%;the original 4-chamber and 3-chamber flotation machines were used for secondary flotation to reduce the ash content of primary flotation clean coal,ash of the secondary flotation clean coal was below 8.5%;and the secondary flotation tailing was used as middling coal product after being concentrated and dehydrated;finally,a 3-chamber flotation machine was used for the third flotation to reduce the ash of high ash clean coal in the secondary flotation.The ash of the clean coal in the third flotation was controlled below 11%,and the tailings from the third flotation are returned to the secondary flotation as supplementary water.The insufficient capacity of the original flotation process was solved through transformation,and the flotation feed was roughened to improve its particle size composition and optimize flotation efficiency.Through the transformation,the slime ash was over 70%,and the calorific value was reduced to 1350 kcal/kg,the tailings ash was 23 percentage points higher than that before the transformation,the calorific value was 1650 kcal/kg lower,and the total clean coal yield was 1.49 percentage points higher,the yield of middling coal was 2.39 percentage points higher,while the yield of slime was 2.92 lower,creating considerable economic benefits.
