摘 要:针对煤矿井下爆破作业有毒有害气体管控难的问题,以屯宝煤矿绞车硐室及瓦斯抽放硐室施工为工程背景,通过利用矿井瓦斯抽放系统、配合设置隔离和搭建气室等措施调整优化施工工艺,采用全新的技术方法,使爆破作业期间气体管控良好,在满足国家规定的基础上,有效对有毒有害气体进行管控,同时极大减少了作业时间,保障了施工安全,增加了工作效率,施工期间未发生气体超限和伤人事故,安全高效解决了炮烟问题,证明该方法安全有效。It is difficult to control gas during blasting operations in underground coal mines.During the construction of the winch chamber and gas drainage chamber at Tunbao Coal Mine,the construction process was adjusted and optimized by utilizing the gas drainage system,equipped with the installation of isolation and gas chambers.A new technological innovation was created to ensure good gas control during the blasting operation.On the basis of national standards,toxic and harmful gases were effectively controlled.With the prerequisite of safe construction,this method greatly reduces working time,and increases working efficiency.During the construction,there were no gas exceeding limits or injury accidents happened.It is proved that,this method is safe and effective to solve the blasting smoke and dust problem.
