摘 要:在能源转型过程中,资本运作因其在重构内外部资源等方面的灵活性和高效性而受到国际油服公司的重视。国际油服公司在能源转型过程中的资本运作策略包括通过股票回购与分红方式增强投资者的信心,通过收并购强化核心能力来拓展业务范围,通过股权合资等方式为进入新领域拓展渠道,通过企业科技风险投资介入新能源技术等。针对中国油服公司资本运作经验缺乏、手段单一等问题,提出了经营战略和资本战略相结合、强化资本运作管理决策方法研究、强化转型发展资本运作体制机制建设、积极推动投资者沟通的建议。During the energy transition,international oil service companies have emphasized capital operation for its flexibility and efficiency in restructuring internal and external resources.The capital operation strategies of international oil service companies in the energy transition process utilize stock buyback and dividend distribution to enhance investors’confidence,use mergers and acquisitions to expand business scope as well as strengthen core competencies,take advantage of equity joint ventures to expand access to new areas,and get involved in new energy technologies through corporate technology venture capital.In view of the lack of experience and single means of capital operation of China’s oil service companies,the paper puts forward suggestions to combine business strategy and capital strategy,strengthen research on the method of capital operation management and decision-making,facilitate the construction of capital operation systems and mechanisms for transition and development,and actively promote communication with investors.
