摘  要:由于水体流动具有较强的动态性,当前与前一时刻的流场信息会发生较大变化,因此防水阀门的承压波动性较为明显,其极限的检测具有较大难度。为此,提出一种水利防水阀门密封结构非均匀承压极限检测方法。根据水体当前与前一时刻的流场信息,判定承压波动程度,自适应生成密封结构的非均匀承压网格。基于此,基于光纤光栅传感技术设计双梁菱形检测基体,优化方法的抗温度干扰性能。通过卡扣连接成紧贴阀门密封结构的承压极限检测模型,检测非均匀网格对应的承压极限。实验结果验证了所提方法的能够成功、稳定地检测出各网格的承压极限值,最大误差绝对值不到0.2MPa。Due to the strong dynamicity of water flow,there can be significant changes in the flow field information between the current and previous moment s,leading to noticeable pressure fluctuatio ns in waterproof valves,so it is difficult to detect their limits.Therefore,a method of detecting non-uniform pressure limits for the sealing structure of waterproof valves for water conservancy was put forward.Based on the flow field information of the water body between the current and previous moments,the degree of pressure fluctuation was determined,and then a non-uniform pressure grid for the sealing structure was generated adaptively.On this basis,adouble-beam rhombus detection matrix was designed by using fiber Bragg grating sensing technology.Meanwhile,the tempera ture interference resistance of the method was optimized.Finally,a pressure limit detection model that connects tightly to the valve sealing structure through snap fasteners was built,for de tecting the pressure limits corresponding to the non-uniform grid.Experimental results verified that the proposed me thod can detect the pressure limit of each gr id successfully and stably,with a maximum absolute error of less than 0.2 MPa.
