导电聚苯胺正极添加剂在铅炭电池中的作用机制

摘　　要：为解决铅炭电池存在的能量密度低和活性物质利用率低的问题,将导电聚苯胺(PANI)作为功能添加剂掺杂到铅炭电池正极中。结果表明,导电聚苯胺自身的优良导电性和电容特性可大幅度提高正极中硫酸铅和二氧化铅之间的转化效率,为物质转化提供离子传输通道和额外电容,显著提升正极活性物质的利用率。当导电聚苯胺质量分数为0.5%时,改性的铅炭电池表现出最高的初始放电容量,为空白电池的1.68倍,同时电池也表现出良好的循环稳定性,证明了导电聚苯胺作为铅炭电池正极添加剂的可行性。Lead-carbon batteries have problems of low energy density and low active material utilization.Conductive polyaniline was introduced into the positive electrode of lead-carbon batteries as a functional additive in this study.The results reveal that the conductive polyaniline exhibits excellent electrical conductivity and capacitance performance,which greatly promote the conversion of lead sulfate/lead dioxide,provide ion transport channels for material transformation and additional capacitive impact,and significantly enhance the utilization of active materials.When the mass fraction of polyaniline was 0.5%,the initial discharge capacity of the modified lead-carbon batteries reached the maximum,which was~1.68 times that of the blank batteries.In addition,the modified batteries also show excellent cycling stability,which indicates the feasibility of conductive polyaniline as a positive electrode additive in lead-carbon batteries.
