摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是当代中国马克思主义、二十一世纪马克思主义,作为党的创新理论,其推广和普及对于推动西藏高质量发展至关重要,同时也是维护西藏边疆安全的重要举措,是做好西藏工作的重要前提。为推进当代中国马克思主义大众化、宣传和普及党的创新理论,西藏采取一系列措施,涵盖以上率下、抓住关键、深入基层、广泛普及、学理阐释等多个方面。这些举措展现出因地制宜、分类施策,通俗易懂、贴近生活,全覆盖、重实践等鲜明地域特征,为全面建设社会主义现代化新西藏提供强大精神力量,并在具体实践过程中取得显著成效,进一步夯实了党在西藏的执政基础。Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is contemporary Chinese Marxism and 21st-century Marxism,and as an innovative theory of the CPC,itspromotion and popularization is vital to accelerating high-quality development in Xizang.At the same time,it is also an important measure to safeguard the security of Xizang's border areas,and an essential prerequisite for doing a good job in Xizang.In order to promote the popularization of contemporary Marxism,publicize and popularize the Party's innovative theories,Xizang has taken a series of measures covering leading from above,seizing the key,going deep into the grassroots,widely popularizing,and expounding theories.These measures have demonstrated the distinctive regional characteristics of being tailored to local conditions and categorized,easy to understand and close to people's lives,full coverage and practice orientation,and have provided a powerful spiritual force for the promotion of high-quality development and long-term peace and stability in Xizang,achieving remarkable results in the implementation of the Party's strategy for the governance of Xizang in the new era,and further solidifying the basis of the Party's rule in Xizang.
