摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是民族地区各项工作的主线。西藏高校立足立德树人根本任务,加强中华民族观教育实践,是铸牢各族大学生中华民族共同体意识、培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的必然要求。文章立足西藏区情,从教育目标、教育内容、教育方式三个横向维度研究高校中华民族观教育,明确理性认知、情感心理、实践行为三层价值维度目标,瞄准中华民族概念、中华民族历史、中华民族文化、中华民族精神等四个核心内容,基于理论性、经验性研究理路,提出充分发挥思政课主渠道主阵地作用、树立“美美与共”导向构筑共有精神家园、构建“互嵌式”校园促进“三交”实践、推进地方历史文化资源挖掘利用、深化中华民族共同体理论研究与阐释等对策建议。The main line of all work in ethnic areas is to firmly buildthe sense of community of the Chinese nation.Based on the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people,colleges and universities in Xizang should strengthen the education and practice of Chinese nationality concept,which is an inevitable requirement for college students of all ethnic groups to firmly establish a sense of Chinese nation community and train new people to carry on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Based on the regional situation in Xizang,this paper studies the education of Chinese national view in colleges and universities from the three horizontal dimensions of educational goals,educational contents and educational methods,defines the three value dimensions of rational cognition,emotional psychology and1 practical behavior,aims at the four core contents of the concept of the Chinese nation,the history of the Chinese nation,the culture of the Chinese nation and the spirit of the Chinese nation.Based on the theoretical and empirical research approach,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as giving full play to the role of the main channel of ideological and political courses,constructing a common spiritual home based on the orientation of"beauty and sharing",building an"interlinked"campus to promote the practice of"three exchanges",promoting the mining and utilizationof localhistorica1l andcultural resources,and deepening the theoretical research and interpretation of the Chinese nation community.
