治边稳藏背景下“两个确立”对西藏的重大意义和深远影响

摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会明确提出了“党确立习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位,确立习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导地位”,对推进中华民族伟大复兴历史进程具有决定性意义。聚焦到社会主义新西藏,在“两个确立”背景下,“治边稳藏”重要战略思想使西藏在党和国家全局中的极端重要性得以凸显。习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位的确立,引领西藏创造了历史性成就,有利于增强西藏各族干部群众的政治认同、团结西藏各民族为全面建设社会主义现代化国家共同奋斗。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导地位的确立,意味着新时代西藏工作必须遵循党的治藏方略,既为建设现代化新西藏提供了战略指引,又回答了西藏发展稳定、生态强边等一系列重大问题。因此,在西藏实践中必须拥护“两个确立”、做到“两个维护”。The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward"the Party establishes Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC Central Committee and the core of the Party as a whole,and establishes the guiding position of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era",which is of decisive significance for the advancement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the historical process.Focusing on the new socialist Xizang,in the context of the"two establishments",the important strategic idea of"stabilizing Xizang by governing the borders"has highlighted the extreme importance of Xizang in the overall situation of the Party and the country.The establishment of Comrade Xi Jinping's status as the core of the Party Central Committee and the core of the entire Party has led to historic achievements in Xizang,and has been conducive to strengthening the political identity of Xizang's cadres and masses of all ethnic groups and uniting all ethnic groups in Xizang in their common struggle for the comprehensive construction of amodern socialist country.The establishment of the guiding position of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era means that work in Xizang in the new era must follow the Party's strategy for governing Xizang,which not only provides strategic guidance for building a modernized new Xizang,but also answers a series of major questions about Xizang's development and stability,ecology and border strengthen.Therefore,in Xizang practice,it is necessary to uphold the"two establishments"and the"two upholds".
