摘 要:针对某地铁车辆运行时出现异常抖动的问题,首先结合车辆的检修结果分析抖动原因,通过采集车体振动加速度对分析结果进行验证。验证结果表明,当存在踏面剥离故障的车轮转动频率与车体一阶垂弯模态频率接近时,会产生共振,车体振动会显著加剧导致乘客感受到车辆异常抖动。然后提出了基于车体滤波后加速度均方根值的抖动监测方法,通过线路测试数据验证该指标可有效反映车体抖动状态。最后基于测试结果提出了保障车辆稳定安全运行的建议。To address the problem of abnormal jitter of a subway vehicle during operation,the causes of jitter are first analyzed based on the inspection results of the vehicle,and the analysis results are verified by collecting the vibration acceleration data of the vehicle body.The results show that the resonance occurs when the wheel rotation frequency with shelled tread is close to the first-order vertical bending mode frequency of the car body,and the vibration of the car body will be significantly intensified,causing the passengers to experience the abnormal jitter of the vehicle.Then the jitter monitoring method based on the root-mean-square acceleration of the car body is proposed,and the test data indicates that the index can effectively reflect the jitter state of the car body.Finally,suggestions are put forward to ensure the stable and safe operation of the vehicle.
