摘 要:为削减滆湖底泥污染负荷,优化土工管袋快速固化泥浆技术,开展了滆湖生态清淤的技术应用研究。通过实验确定最佳加药量,提出了泥浆固化精准加药方法,并应用于工程实践。结果表明,处理含固率10%~15%泥浆的最佳加药量为聚合氯化铝与干泥质量比0.2%、聚丙烯酰胺与干泥质量比0.4‰~0.6‰。精准加药系统应用于工程实际,根据实时泥浆流量和浓度,计算出所需的加药流量,及时指令加药计量泵调节到计算的加药流量,实现精准加药,实际与计算流量的误差不超过±5%。土工管袋侧面出水浑浊度、总氮、总磷、氨氮、高锰酸盐指数平均值分别为26.8 NTU、6.29 mg/L、0.19 mg/L、1.02 mg/L、5.04 mg/L;除最先投入使用的沉淀区外,其余沉淀区管袋内固化泥浆含固率在两周后达到40%,6周后达到50%。In order to cut down the bottom mud pollution load of Gehu,optimize the geotechnical pipe bag fast curing slurry technology,the ecological dredging technology application research of Gehu was carried out.The optimal dosage was determined through experiments,and the precise dosing method for mud solidification was proposed and applied in engineering practice.The results showed that the optimal dosage for treating mud with a solid content of 10%-15%was 0.2%PAC to dry mud mass ratio and 0.4‰-0.6‰PAM to dry mud mass ratio.The precise dosing system was applied in engineering practice,by calculating the required dosing flow rate based on real-time mud flow rate and concentration,and promptly instructing the dosing metering pump to adjust to the calculated dosing flow rate to achieve precise dosing.The error between actual and calculated flow rates did not exceed±5%.The average turbidity,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,and permanganate index of the effluent from the side of the geotechnical pipe bag were 26.8 NTU,6.29 mg/L,0.19 mg/L,1.02 mg/L,and 5.04 mg/L,respectively.Except for the sedimentation zone pipe that was first put into use,the solid content of the solidified mud in the other sedimentation zone pipe bags reached 40%after two weeks and 50%after six weeks.
