摘  要:内蒙古地区一般工业固体废物产生量巨大,综合利用率低,大量贮存造成新增工业固体废物面临“无处可去”的局面,极大地制约了工业企业的可持续发展,一般工业固体废物大规模的有效治理已然成为全区多数城市发展和生态环境保护的共性难题。基于对当前内蒙古地区一般工业固体废物污染防治现状的分析,借鉴其他地区一般工业固体废物污染防治经验,结合内蒙古地区自身实际,研究提出一般工业固体废物污染防治的对策建议,以期为内蒙古地区一般工业固体废物的环境管理工作提供支撑。The massive generation of general industrial solid waste in Inner Mongolia,coupled with low rates of comprehensive utilization and extensive storage,has led to a situation where new industrial solid waste faces a“nowhere to go”predicament,severely restricting the sustainable development of industrial enterprises.The effective governance of large-scale general industrial solid waste has become a common challenge for environmental protection and urban development across most regions in the autonomous region.Based on an analysis of the current status of general industrial solid waste pollution prevention and control in Inner Mongolia,drawing from experiences in other regions,and considering the local realities of Inner Mongolia,this paper proposed countermeasures and recommendations for the management of general industrial solid waste.It is hoped that these suggestions would provide support for environmental management work concerning general industrial solid waste in Inner Mongolia.
