摘  要:叶轮是竖井贯流泵进行能量转换的核心部件,改进叶轮的几何结构可以有效改善竖井贯流泵的能量特性。本文基于RANS方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,计算并分析了原型竖井贯流泵在0.6Q~1.3Q内9个不同流量工况下的叶轮部分及整机能量特性和扬程-流量关系,得到了原型泵叶轮和整机效率随流量变化的曲线,并对优化设计前后的模型进行了计算对比。研究表明:小流量工况下,整机效率同叶轮效率具有一致的变化水平,并且主要存在涡流损失;大流量工况下,整机效率随流量增加而下降的幅度大于叶轮,并且主要存在撞击损失和摩擦损失。叶轮叶片包角的改变不仅可以使效率曲线发生偏移,也能使扬程曲线偏转。当流量逐渐增大时,大包角叶轮效率表现逐渐向好,叶轮扬程下降的幅度也随之加快;而随着流量的减小,小包角叶轮性能表现更佳,叶轮扬程上升的幅度增快。The impeller is the core component of the energy conversion of the shaft tubular pump,and the energy characteristics of the shaft tubular pump can be effectively improved by improving the geometry of the impeller.Based on the RANS equation and RNG k-s turbulence model,the energy characteristics and head-flow relationship of the impeller part and the whole machine of the prototype shaft tubular pump were calculated and analyzed under 9 different flow conditions from 0.6Q to 1.3Q,and the curves of the impeller and machine efficiency with flow rate were obtained,and the models before and after the optimization design were calculated and compared.Under the small flow condition,the efficiency of the whole machine has the same level of change with the impeller efficiency,and there are mainly eddy current losses.Under the large flow condition,the efficiency of the whole machine decreases more than the impeller with the increase of flow,and there are mainly impact losses and friction losses.The change of impeller blade wrap angle can not only make the efficiency curve shift,but also make the head curve deflection.When the flow gradually increases,the large package angle impeller efficiency performance gradually to the good,impeller head decline amplitude is also accelerated.As the flow decreases,the small package angle impeller performance is better,the impeller head rise amplitude increase.
