摘 要:随着新能源发电在现代电力系统中的广泛应用,电网的电压和惯性支撑能力逐渐减弱,分布式调相机逐渐成为保障可再生能源可持续发展的重要设备。作为一种旋转设备,其转子动力特性对机组的安全运行具有重要影响。本研究针对分布式隐极调相机转子的动力特性展开深入探讨,采用转子动力学有限元计算方法,分析了两极和四极分布式隐极调相机转子的临界转速、不平衡质量谐波响应以及升速过程中的不平衡质量动力响应。通过与相近容量的常规发电机转子动力特性进行对比,揭示了分布式隐极调相机在动力特性方面的优势。研究结果表明,新型分布式隐极调相机转子临界转速较高,不平衡质量动力响应大幅低于常规汽轮发电机转子,尤其是四极调相机,在120%超速时还未达到一阶临界转速,实际不平衡质量响应也极小,能有效避免由于转子振动而出现的非计划停机。转子升速试验结果验证了数值分析的准确性,为分布式隐极调相机的选型和设计开发提供了参考依据。With the widespread application of renewable energy generation in modern power grid,the voltage and inertial support capability of the grid are gradually weakening.Distributed synchronous compensators have been recognized as essential equipment to ensure the sustainable development of renewable energy.As rotating devices,the dynamic characteristics of rotors are deemed crucial for the safe operation of the unit.In this study,the dynamic characteristics of the rotors of distributed synchronous compensators was conducted.The rotor dynamics finite element calculation method was employed,the critical speeds,unbalanced mass harmonic responses,and unbalanced mass dynamic responses during acceleration of both two-pole and four-pole distributed synchronous compensator rotors were analyzed.By comparing the generator rotors of similar capacity,the advantages in dynamic characteristics of distributed synchronous compensators were unveiled.The results of the research indicate that the new type of distributed synchronous compensator rotor possesses a higher critical speed.The unbalanced mass dynamic response is lower than steam turbine generator rotors.Especially for the four-pole synchronous compensator,it has not reached the first-order critical speed at 120%overspeed,and the actual unbalanced mass response is very small,which can effectively prevent unplanned shutdowns due to rotor vibrations.The accuracy of the numerical analysis is confirmed by rotor acceleration test results,providing a reference basis for the selection and design development of distributed synchronous compensators.
