摘 要:当双馈风力发电机系统频率发生变化时,存在转子转速无法响应电网频率和没有多余的有功功率来支撑频率的变化等问题。本文针对双馈风力发电机组的一次调频进行研究,提出一种基于转子动能控制的临时过载输出(Temporary Over-Production,TOP)控制策略,根据电力系统一次调频基本要求,给出了双馈风力发电机组参与系统一次调频的原理方案。仿真结果表明,通过对附加策略前后频率、转速、风机输出功率进行对比,以及对功率控制过程中提供功率支撑的附加功率值、支撑的时长、转子恢复阶段的加速功率这三个参数进行分析,验证了TOP策略的有效性。When the system frequency changes,the doubly-fed induction generator has the problems that the rotor speed cannot respond to the grid frequency and there is no excess active power to support the frequency change.In this paper,a TOP(Temporary Over-Production)strategy based on rotor kinetic energy control is proposed for the primary frequency regulation of doubly-fed induction generator and the principle scheme for the participation of doubly-fed induction generator in the primary frequency regulation of the system is given according to the basic requirements of the primary frequency regulation of the power system.The simulation results show that the effectiveness of the TOP strategy is verified by comparing the frequency,speed and induction generator output power before and after the additional strategy,and by analyzing the three parameters of the additional power value,the duration of the support and the acceleration power in the rotor recovery phase during the power control process.
