摘 要:本文通过对阳江400MW水泵水轮机、发电电动机、调速器建模分析,提出了结合机组特性曲线、现场测试和仿真对比的建模优化方法。主要创新点有:采用机组稳态下的水头/功率/开度关系曲线以及动态工况下的可变水流惯性时间常数T_(w),可建立水泵水轮机不同水头和全负荷段精确模型,优化分析了发电电动机惯性时间常数Ta的计算,提出了考虑伺服阀环节、主配压阀死区、限幅等环节的调速器精细化模型。文章可为大型抽水蓄能机组及其控制系统仿真建模、参数辨识提供重要参考。In this paper,an optimization method combining unit characteristic curve,field test and simulation fiting is proposed based on the modeling analysis of Yangjiang 400MW pump turbine,generator motor and governor.Firstly the steady-state model under different heads and full load sections of the unit was established according to the operation characteristic curves of the turbine and the pump.Then,the turbine dynamic model was established through the turbine characteristic parameter T_(w) obtained through the field test.Thirdly,the characteristic parameter of the generator T.were obtained through the field load dump test,and the model was optimized while the governor model was refined considering the servo valve,the main pressure distribution valve and other links.Finally,the models were verified which shown the accuracy of the modeling method.
