摘 要:为研究电机控制器液冷板结构优化设计的问题,提高液冷板的散热效果,利用流体仿真软件Fluent建立热固流耦合模型,分析了液冷板内部流道的宽度、高度以及冷却液的流速对散热性能的影响。通过最大、最小拉丁采样试验设计方法获取参数组合,根据数值模拟结果建立了多项式响应面代理模型,并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法,以液冷板流道宽度、流道高度和冷却液流速作为设计变量,以MOSFET温度和液冷板压降作为目标函数进行多目标优化,通过Fluent软件仿真验证优化结果。结果表明,优化后的液冷板在散热方面的性能提升了1.3%,压降方面的性能提升了6.89%,提高了电机控制器液冷板的综合性能。In order to study the problem of optimizing the design of the liquid cooling plate structure of the motor controller and to improve the heat dissipation effect of the liquid cooling plate,a thermo-solid-fluid coupling model was established by using the fluid simulation software Fluent,and the influence of the width and height of the internal runners of the liquid cooling plate as well as the flow rate of the coolant on the heat dissipation performance was analyzed.The parameter combinations were obtained through the maximum-minimum Latin sampling experimental design method,and the polynomial response surface agent model was established according to the numerical simulation results.NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm was used to optimize the multi-objective optimization with the liquid-cooled plate runner width,runner height and coolant flow rate as the design variables,and the MOSFET temperature and the liquid-cooled plate pressure drop as the objective function,and the optimization was verified through the Fluent software simulation.The optimization results were verified by Fluent software simulation.The results show that the optimized liquid-cooled plate improves the performance of heat dissipation by 1.3%and pressure drop by 6.89%,which improves the comprehensive performance of the liquid-cooled plate of the motor controller.
