摘 要:为了解决高效多目标优化电机输出性能的问题,采用田口法优化算法,以BLDCM为例,以初始设计参数为基础,按电机的输出转矩、转矩脉动和铁损作为待优化性能指标,设计了优化目标函数。将定子内径、槽深、槽开口、齿宽和气隙等关键结构参数设为优化变量,设计了正交试验,通过计算信噪比响应值并结合敏感性分析,筛选出稳定且满足设计要求的参数组合,确定最优的优化参数方案。针对优化前后的目标参数变化用有限元进行分析,证明该方法的合理性。To efficiently optimize the motor output performance with multiple objectives,the Taguchi method optimization algorithm was used.The BLDCM was taken as the research object,and the optimization objective function was designed based on the initial design parameters.The performance indexes to be optimized were the output torque,torque pulsation,and iron loss of the motor.The optimization variables for the key structural parameters,such as stator inner diameter,slot depth,slot opening,tooth width,and air gap,were determined.Orthogonal tests were designed to calculate the signal-to-noise ratio response value,and combined with sensitivity analysis,stable parameter combinations that meet the design requirements were screened out.Finite element analysis was used to verify the changes in target parameters before and after optimization,demonstrating the method's validity.
