摘 要:以四氢萘为添加剂,考察不同添加量制备的加氢沥青的化学组成和结构变化规律。采用XRD和红外光谱分析沥青组成与结构的演变规律,使用连串反应模型计算反应动力学常数。结果表明,四氢萘有较好的供氢作用,添加量质量分数为50%时,沥青的氢原子与碳原子物质的量之比由0.35增加至0.80。加氢沥青中存在大量的环烷烃或脂肪支链,能够减缓液相炭化反应中稠环芳烃的过度聚合,TI-QS组分向QI组分转变的反应速率由0.061下降至0.035,有利于体系黏度的缓慢增加,从而形成广域结构的中间相沥青。Tetralin was used as an additive to investigate the chemical composition and structural change law of hydrogenated pitches prepared with different additive amounts.The composition and structural change law were further investigated by XRD and FT-IR.The reaction kinetics was calculated using a chain reaction model.The results revealed that tetralin is a good hydrogen donor.The hydrogen/carbon ratio of the pitches increased from 0.35 to 0.80 with the 50%additive mass fraction.Furthermore,the presence of large amounts of naphthenic structures or alkyl chains in the hydrogenated pitch hindered the overpolymerization of thick cyclic aromatic hydrocarbon during the liquid-phase carbonation reaction.The conversion rate of the TI-QS component to the QI component(k2)decreased from 0.061 to 0.035,which was conducive to a slow increase of system viscosity,resulting in the formation of intermediate-phase asphaltenes with a wide-area structure.
