摘　　要：心理压力是男性精子质量下降的重要影响因素之一。在心理机制层面,心理压力导致精子质量下降与压力知觉增加及不同应对方式相关,外界压力源可能导致压力知觉增加进而影响精子质量,而不同应对方式又可能调节压力知觉对精子质量的影响。在生理机制层面,心理压力会影响交感肾上腺系统、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴和下丘脑-垂体-睾丸轴的正常功能,导致精子发生的内分泌环境紊乱,进而影响精子质量。本文对心理压力影响男性精子质量的心理和生理机制进行综述,为男性不育症防治提供依据。Psychological stress is a significant contributing factor for the decline in male sperm quality.In terms of the psychological mechanism,the decline of sperm quality due to psychological stress is associated with increased perceived stress and different coping strategies.External sources of stress can elevate stress perception,then affect sperm quality,while coping strategies may modulate the impact of stress perception on sperm quality.In terms of the physiological mechanism,psychological stress disrupts the normal functioning of the sympathoadrenal system,hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis,leading to disturbances in the essential endocrine environment for sperm production.This review synthesizes the psychological and physiological mechanisms through which psychological stress influences male sperm quality,providing insights into the prevention and treatment of male infertility.
