摘 要:为了解决当前串口转以太网通信模块中传输速率慢、实时性差、实用性不高等问题,文中设计了一种高速实时以太网通信方案。该方案以FPGA作为驱动平台,结合以太网协议栈芯片CH395Q的特性优化了SPI通信协议,提高了数据传输速率;设计并实现了一种高速串行通信转低速串行通信的技术,极大地提高了数据传输的实时性。通过UDP数据组帧的形式进行网口数据收发,测试结果表明,该系统进行数据传输时SPI的实际传输速率能够达到15 Mbit/s,而且以太网通信的平均丢包率为0.085 2%。In order to solve the problems of slow transmission rate,poor real-time performance and low practicability in the current serial port to Ethernet communication module,a high-speed real-time Ethernet communication scheme was designed in this paper.The scheme used FPGA as the driving platform,and combined the characteristics of Ethernet protocol stack chip CH395Q to optimize the SPI communication protocol and improved the data transmission rate.A technology of high-speed serial communication to low-speed serial communication was designed and implemented,which greatly improved the real-time of the data transmission.The port data was received and sent through UDP data group frame.The test results show that the actual transmission rate of SPI when transmitting data can reach 15 Mbit/s and the average packet loss rate of Ethernet communication is 0.0852%.
