摘　　要：针对多模冗余控制系统常用的中心仲裁机制造成设计复杂、成本较高等问题,提出了无中心仲裁的双系统热备份冗余控制平台设计方案。该方案不包含仲裁设备,控制平台主要由2套完全相同的主控模块通过2对互为冗余的高速光纤通道连接组成,主控模块采用嵌入式处理器与现场可编程门阵列协同工作,且所有软硬件均为国产化选型。主控模块内部由有限状态机管理运行状态,2套模块之间利用光纤通信实现信息交互与关键数据同步,并结合协商监视替代仲裁机制实现热备份冗余。控制平台采用软硬件分层架构设计,其中硬件层由处理系统硬件和可编程逻辑硬件组成,软件层由嵌入式实时操作系统和驱动程序组成。基于控制平台开放的应用层设计能够最大程度保证用户实现业务逻辑的灵活性。In order to solve the problems of complex design and high cost caused by the central arbitration mechanism commonly used in multimode redundancy control system,a design scheme of dual-system hot backup redundancy control platform without central arbitration was proposed.The scheme did not include arbitration equipment,and the control platform was mainly composed of two sets of identical main control modules connected by two pairs of mutually redundant high-speed fiber channel,in which the main control module used embedded processor and field programmable gate array to work together,and all software and hardware were domestically selected.The running state of the main control module was managed by the finite state machine,the two modules used optical fiber communication to achieve information exchange and key data synchronization,and combined with negotiation monitoring instead of arbitration mechanism to achieve hot backup redundancy.The control platform was designed with hardware and software layered architecture.The hardware layer was composed of processing system hardware and programmable logic hardware,and the software layer was composed of embedded real-time operating system and driver program.The application layer design based on the open control platform can ensure the flexibility of the user's business logic to the greatest extent.
