市场引资与政府保障:中华武术发展的历史回顾与现实镜鉴

摘　　要：为了厘清市场引资与政府保障在武术发展中的角色定位,运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,对自民国时期以来的中华武术发展展开历史回顾,得到三个重要时期:(1)市场引资与政府保障的“同等贡献”时期;(2)政府保障的“单一贡献”时期;(3)政府保障为主、市场引资为辅的“差别贡献”时期。在此基础上对市场引资与政府保障进行角色审视,发现:(1)市场引资在武术发展中发挥协调供需、适配市场的作用;(2)政府保障在武术发展中发挥保障传承、提升地位的功能。以市场引资与政府保障两者的作用、功能为现实镜鉴,提出当今中华武术发展的路径:(1)扩充引资渠道,开拓市场需求;(2)适配政府保障,激发行业活力。In order to clarify the role of market investment and government guarantee in the development of Wushu,literature review,interview and logical analysis were adopted to study the history of Wushu development since the Republic of China.There were three important periods:the equal contribution period of market investment and government guarantee,the single contribution period of government guarantee,the differential contribution period with government guarantee being the main contribution,supplemented by market investment.On this basis,the roles of market investment and government guarantee were examined.It was found that market investment played a role of coordinating supply and demand and adapting to the market in the development of Wushu.Government guarantee exerted the function of ensuring inheritance and promoting status in the development of Wushu.Based on the roles and functions of market investment and government guarantee,the development of the modern Chinese Wushu should expand the investment channels and market demand,adapt to the government guarantee and stimulate the vitality of the industry.
