摘  要:数字孪生水利是水利新质生产力的显著标志,是水利高质量发展的重要路径。为解决数字孪生水利建设存在的监测感知能力不足问题,将北斗卫星导航系统作为新型时空数据底座纳入数字孪生水利体系信息化基础设施部分,为数字孪生水利建设提供统一精准的时空数据、稳定的通信传输等服务。基于北斗卫星导航系统概念和原理,分析北斗系统在数字孪生水利体系中的定位及应用需求,结合数字孪生水利业务,详细阐述在水旱灾害防御、水资源管理、水文信息监测传输、水利工程建设运行管理等多项业务场景中的应用,对全面推动北斗与数字孪生水利深度融合提出建议。Digital twin water conservancy serves as a significant emblem of new productivity in water conservancy and is an essential pathway for high-quality development in the field.To address the insuficient monitoring and perception capabilities existing in the construction of digital twin water conservancy,Beidou Satellite Navigation System is integrated as a novel spatio-temporal data foundation into the informatization infrastructure of the digital twin water conservancy system,offering unified precise spatio-temporal data and stable communication transmission services.Based on the concept and principles of Beidou Satellite Navigation System,this study analyzes positioning and application demands of Beidou System within the digital twin water conservancy system.Combining with digital twin water conservancy,it elaborates on the application in various scenarios such as flood and drought disaster prevention,water resources management,hydrological information monitoring and transmission,and water conservancy project construction and operation management,proposing suggestions for comprehensively promoting the deep integration of Beidou and digital twin water conservancy.
