摘  要:由于违窃用电处理过程复杂、手工计算核对耗时耗力、事后追罚款存在人情关系等情况存在,通过在移动作业终端设计出窃电及违约全景计算模型,可有效避免以上情况发生。该计算模型在移动作业终端应用后,用电检查人员可携带移动作业终端在现场便可直接测算出追缴的电量电费,有效提高了计算速度与精准度,助力国内营商环境持续优化。Due to the complicated processing process of electricity theft,the time-consuming and labor consumption of manual calculation and verification,and the human concern of after-action fine,the above situation can be effectively avoided by designing a panoramic calculation model of electricity theft and default on the mobile operation terminal.After the application of this calculation model on the mobile operation terminal,the electricity inspectors can carry the mobile operation terminal on the spot and directly calculate the paid electricity and electricity charges,effectively improving the calculation speed and accuracy,and helping the domestic business environment to continue to optimize.
