预制装配式电缆沟模块制品在配电施工中的应用

摘　　要：针对传统式现场浇筑混凝土电缆沟宜受环境及气候的影响,对过程中的温控、质量、进度等难以保证,同时还会受到土建和设备安装条件的限制等问题;提出了一种采用工厂化预制装配式电缆沟模块制品的施工方法,对预制装配式电力电缆沟制品制作工艺进行了研究,待到施工时,可将预制好的电缆沟模块及附件制品运至施工现场进行组装施工。通过实地现场施工应用和数据对比分析,结果表明预制装配式电力电缆沟制品在技术工艺、施工周期、施工工程成本,维护便捷性、安全性等方面具有明显的优势,对提高施工技术水平和平衡施工力量等都具有十分重要意义,值得进一步在工程上推广应用。For the traditional site pouring concrete cable trench should be affected by the environment and climate,it is difficult to guarantee the temperature control,quality and progress in the process,but also by the restrictions of civil construction and equipment installation conditions and other problems;A construction method using factory prefabricated cable trench module products is proposed,and the manufacturing process of prefabricated power cable trench products is studied.When construction is carried out,the prefabricated cable trench module and accessories can be transported to the construction site for assembly and construction.Field site construction application and data analysis,the results show that prefabricated power cable products in construction period,construction cost,maintenance convenience,safety,etc,has obvious advantages,to improve the level of construction technology and the construction of the balance of power and so on all has the very vital significance,is worth further popularizing in engineering.
