摘　　要：科普服务是提高公众科学素养的重要方式。以英国46所高校为调研对象,采用网络调研、文献调研、邮件咨询等方法,从活动目标、服务人群、活动组织方式和服务类型4个方面,对英国高校科普服务展开系统调研,总结其科普服务的关键要素及特征。最后,提出中国高校可从科学规划科普服务、提升用户体验、开拓科普服务领域等方面提升科普服务水平。Science popularization service is an important way to improve the public's scientific literacy.Taking 46 universities in the UK as research objects this paper adopts network research literature research email consultation and other methods to conduct a systematic investigation on the science popularization services of universities and colleges from four aspects activity objectives service groups activity organization methods and service types and summarizes the key elements and characteristics of their science popularization services.Finally it is proposed that colleges and universities of China can improve the level of popular science services from the aspects of scientific planning of popular science services improving user experience and developing the field of popular science services.
