摘 要:氢能是一种清洁、高效、安全、可持续的二次能源,推动氢能在交通运输领域的发展,对于构建清洁、可持续发展的交通能源体系具有重要意义。作为重要的氢能基础供应设施,加氢站建设正处于加速期。隔膜式压缩机是加氢站内核心设备,随着运行周期增长,已接连发生多起膜片破裂事件。该文对加氢站常用氢气压缩机进行了对比分析,重点围绕某加氢站隔膜式氢气压缩机膜片破裂事件分析了产生原因,给出了加氢站升级措施,最后针对当前加氢站安全稳定运行和高质量发展面临的关键共性问题提出了相关发展建议。Hydrogen energy is a clean,efficient,safe and sustainable secondary energy.Promoting the development and utilization of hydrogen energy in the field of transportation is of great significance for building a clean and sustainable transportation energy system.As an important basic hydrogen energy supply facility,the construction of hydrogen refueling stations is in the accelerating period.The diaphragm compressor is the core equipment in hydrogen refueling stations.With the long cycle operation,many diaphragm rupture events have occurred.This paper compares and analyzes two commonly used hydrogen compressors in hydrogen refueling stations.The causes of diaphragm rupture of diaphragm compressor in a hydrogen refueling station are further analyzed,and the upgrading measures for hydrogen refueling stations are given.Finally,relevant development suggestions are put forward for the key common problems in the safe,stable operation and high-quality development of hydrogen refueling stations.
