摘 要:为提高重整轻石脑油附加值,充分回收戊烷组分,利用流程模拟软件建立戊烷发泡剂分离装置的隔壁塔流程,对相应操作参数进行了分析优化。进料温度80℃,进料位置和侧线采出位置(自上而下)为26#、12#,进料侧液体和气体分配比例为0.4时,发泡剂戊烷总质量分数最高。回流比大于20时,即可得到合格的戊烷发泡剂产品。将建立的隔壁塔流程与常规两塔分离流程进行对比,结果表明,隔壁塔流程的精馏塔、回流罐、机泵数量均减少1,减少了设备投资费用和占地面积;隔壁塔流冷凝器负荷下降了14.9%,再沸器负荷下降了12.1%,具有一定的节能效果。In order to improve the added value of reformed light naphtha and fully recover the pentane component,the dividing wall column process of the pentane foaming agent separation device was established using process simulation software.The operating parameters of the dividing wall column process of the pentane foaming agent separation device were analyzed and optimized,the results showed that the total mass fraction of the pentane was the highest when the feed temperature was 80℃;the feed position and the side draw position(from top to bottom)were 26#and 12#,and the liquid and gas distribution ratio(feed side)was 0.4.For the reflux ratio,the qualified pentane foaming agent product was obtained when reflux ratio was greater than 20.The established dividing wall column process was compared with the conventional two-column separation process,the results showed that the number of column,reflux tanks,and pumps in the next-door tower process was reduced by 1,which reduced the equipment investment cost and floor space;the condenser duty of the dividing wall column process was reduced by 14.9%,and the reboiler duty was reduced by 12.1%.The energy-saving effect was satisfying.
