摘 要:以某型高速电动车组牵引电动机为研究对象,经线路测试得到牵引电动机各向加速度时域载荷,对其进行傅里叶变换得到加速度功率谱密度,将加速度功率谱密度值输入振动试验台,模拟得到振动试验台输入加速度时域载荷。对比分析线路测试得到的加速度时域载荷与振动试验台输入加速度时域载荷的差异,利用雨流计数法对时域载荷循环计数并编制加速度载荷幅值谱,并定义2种时域载荷的相对疲劳损伤比,最终基于疲劳损伤一致性理论进行修正,得到加速度载荷试验谱。研究结果可为高速电动车组牵引电动机的优化设计和寿命评估提供参考,为制定产品相关试验标准提供理论支撑。Taking the traction motor of a certain type of high⁃speed EMU as the research object,the time⁃domain ac⁃celeration load of the traction motor in all directions were obtained through line testing.The acceleration power spectral density was obtained by Fourier transform,and the acceleration power spectral density was input into the vibration test bench,and is simulated to obtain the time⁃domain acceleration load of the vibration test bench.A comparative analysis was conducted on the difference between the measured time⁃domain acceleration load through line testing and the acceleration time⁃domain load input to the vibration test bench.The rain flow counting method was used to cyclically count the time⁃domain load and compile the acceleration load amplitude spectrum.The relative fatigue damage ratios of two time⁃domain loads is defined,and finally the acceleration test spectrum is corrected and obtained based on the fatigue damage consistency theory.The research results can provide a certain theoretical reference for the optimization design and life assessment of the traction motor of high⁃speed EMU,as well as theoretical support for the formulation of relevant product testing standards.
