摘 要:试验旨在研究不同浇水量和浇水频次对蛋白桑“桂桑优12”品种生长特性和营养物质成分的影响,初步揭示其在干旱环境下的需水特点。试验将168株“桂桑优12”植株编号后随机分8组,每组7个重复,每个重复3株,设置不同浇水量(SL1:10 L/月,SL2:7.5 L/月,SL3:5 L/月,SL4:2.5 L/月)和浇水频次(PC1:1次/月,PC2:2次/月,PC3:3次/月,PC4:5次/月)。结果表明:①SL1和SL2组的鲜茎叶比低于SL4组(P≤0.05),而蛋白质含量显著高于SL3和SL4组(P≤0.05);且SL1组的植株鲜重和单株叶重高于SL4组(P≤0.05)。在试验中,浇水量以高于7.5 L/月为宜。②PC3组和PC4组的植株鲜重高于PC1和PC2组(P≤0.05),PC3组的叶重高于PC1和PC2组(P≤0.05)。PC3组的鲜重显著高于PC1和PC2组(P≤0.05),且PC3组的全株蛋白质含量显著高于其他处理组(P≤0.05)。从试验结果来看,浇水频次为3次/月较好。综上,在南疆干旱荒漠气候条件下,在本试验中“桂桑优12”的适宜浇水量为7.5 L/月以上,浇水频次为3次/月。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of different watering amount and watering frequency on the growth characteristics and nutrient composition of the protein mulberry"Guisangyou 12",and to reveal preliminarily its water demand characteristics under arid environment.Total 160 plants of"Guisangyou 12"were coded and randomly divided into 8 groups,with 7 replicates per group and 3 plants per replicate,to apply for different watering amounts(SL1:10 L/month,SL2:7.5 L/month,SL3:5 L/month,SL4:2.5 L/month)and watering frequency(PC1:1 time/month,PC2:2 times/month,PC3:3 times/month,PC4:5 times/month).The results showed that:①the weight ratios of fresh stem to fresh leaf in SL1 and SL2 groups were lower than that in SL4 group(P≤0.05),while the protein contents in SL1 and SL2 groups were significantly higher than those in SL3 and SL4 groups(P≤0.05);the plant fresh weight and leaf weight of SL1 group were higher than those of SL4 group(P≤0.05).Under this experiment condition,the watering amount should be higher than 7.5 L/month.②Plant fresh weights in PC3 and PC4 groups were higher than those in PC1 and PC2 groups(P≤0.05),and leaf weight in PC3 group was higher than those in PC1 and PC2 groups(P≤0.05).The fresh weight of PC3 group was significantly higher than those of PC1 and PC2 groups(P≤0.05),and the protein content of whole plant in PC3 group was significantly higher than that in other treatment groups(P≤0.05).According to the test results,the watering frequency of 3 times/month is suitable.In conclusion,under the arid desert climate conditions in southern Xinjiang,the suitable watering amount of"Guisangyou 12"in this experiment is more than 7.5 L/month,and the watering frequency is 3 times/month.
