摘  要:针对目前国内全混合日粮制备机在制备饲料过程中易出现搅拌死角和物料挂壁现象所造成的混合均匀度低、投料效果差等问题,制定了一种牵引式全混合日粮制备机的总体方案。采用motion分析和EDEM软件对混料系统中物料的运动轨迹进行分析并对各时间段的混合均匀度进行分析。为验证制备机工作性能,以8、11、14 min三个时间段的混合均匀度和投料均匀度为试验指标,采用筛分法和称重法对制备机的混合均匀度和投料均匀度进行性能检测试验。结果表明:搅拌11 min时,混合均匀度达到了94.26%,比搅拌8 min时的混合均匀度高7.30%,比搅拌14 min时混合均匀度低1.01%,综合考虑,建议牧场在制备泌乳牛日粮时将搅拌时间控制在11 min左右。In view of the low mixing uniformity and poor feeding effect in the feed preparation process of the total mixed rations preparation machine in China,a general scheme of the tractionTMR preparation machine was put Forward.In addition,EDEM software was used to analyze the movement trajectory of materials in the mixing system and the mixing uniformity of each time period.In order to study the working performance of the preparation machine,the mixing uniformity and feeding uniformity of the preparation machine in three periods of 8min,11min and 14min were taken as the test indexes.The screening method and weighing method were used to test the mixing uniformity and feeding uniformity of the preparation machine.The results showed that the mixing uniformity reached 94.26%when stirred for 11min,7.30%higher than that when stirred for 8min,and 1.01%lower than that when stirred for 14min.In general,it is suggested that the mixing time should be controlled in about 11min in prepare of the diet for lactating cattle.
