一株耐高温酵母的分离鉴定及生物学特性

摘  要:从土壤中分离一株耐高温酵母,经26S rDNA及系统发育树分析,鉴定为酿酒酵母亚种布拉迪酵母,命名为BS-F1。采用玉米粉糖化液为基础培养基,以BS-F1为研究对象,对菌株的高温耐受试验、最适发酵代谢温度、最适生长繁殖温度以及对耐酸、耐盐、耐胆酸盐等部分生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,该菌能耐受的发酵代谢温度达到42℃,最适发酵代谢温度为35~37℃;最适生长繁殖温度为33~35℃。同时该菌有较强的耐酸、耐盐、耐胆酸盐能力。A thermotolerant yeast strain was isolated from soil and identified as Saccharomyces boulardii through analysis of 26S rDNA and phylogenetic tree.It was named BS-F1.Using corn starch hydrolysate as the base medium,the high temperature tolerance test,optimal fermentation temperature,optimal growth and reproduction temperature,as well as some biological characteristics such as acid resistance,NaCl resistance,and bile salt resistance were studied on the BS-F1 strain.The results showed that this strain could tolerate a fermentation temperature over 42℃,with an optimal fermentation temperature between 35-37℃.The optimal growth and reproduction temperature was found to be 33-35℃.At the same time,this strain exhibited strong acid resistance,NaCl resistance,and bile salt resistance abilities.
