摘 要:党的二十大报告提出要“发展海洋经济,保护海洋生态环境,加快建设海洋强国”,海洋装备制造业是支撑我国海洋强国建设的重要抓手。近年来,我国海洋装备产业发展迅速,但仍然存在着产业“大而不强”、基础理论创新和核心关键技术攻关薄弱等问题,难以满足国家战略发展需求。文章立足于熊彼特的创新理论,考察了我国海洋装备制造业的产品创新、工艺创新、需求创新、供应链创新以及生产组织创新5个方面的创新能力,并在总结了市场驱动、国家驱动和生态联盟3种创新驱动模式的基础上,提出了我国海洋装备制造业创新能力提升路径。Marine equipment is an important measure to support China's construction of a marine power,as stated in the report of the Chinese Communist Party's 20th National Congress on“developing the marine economy,protecting the marine ecological environment,and accelerating the building of a marine power”.In recent years,China's marine equipment industry has developed rapidly,but there are still some problems.The industry is large but not strong enough.And the basic theoretical innovation and core key technologies are difficult to meet the needs of national strategic development.Based on Schumpeter's innovation theory,this paper investigates the innovative ability of product innovation,process innovation,demand innovation,supply chain innovation and production organization innovation in China's marine equipment manufacturing industry,and on the basis of summing up three kinds of innovative drive modes,put forward seven developing paths for the development of China's marine equipment manufacturing industry.
