摘　　要：目的 构建克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)儿童经全肠内营养(exclusive enteral nutrition,EEN)诱导后的饮食重新引入方案。方法 检索国内外文献,拟订饮食重新引入方案初稿。2023年5-7月通过德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,征询专家意见,修改后形成饮食重新引入方案终稿。结果 2轮专家函询有效问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.88,条目重要性和可操作性肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.223、0.207,0.304、0.269(均P<0.001)。最终形成的饮食重新引入方案包括一级指标5项、二级指标17项和三级指标37项。结论 构建的CD儿童经EEN诱导后的饮食重新引入方案具有权威性、科学性、可操作性和临床实用性,可指导护士为CD儿童实施科学、规范的饮食重新引入护理。Objective To construct a food-reintroduction program for children with Crohn's disease(CD) after remission induced by exclusive enteral nutrition(EEN).Methods The first draft of the diet reintroduction program were prepared by searching the national and international literature.The two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method from May to July 2023 to collect experts' opinions,and the final draft of the diet reintroduction program was revised.Results The return rate of valid questionnaires for 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the coefficient of expert authority was 0.88,and the coefficients of Kendall's harmony for the importance of the entries and their action ability were 0.223,0.207,0.304,and 0.269,respectively(P<0.001).The finalized dietary reintroduction program consisted of 5 primary,17 secondary,and 37 tertiary indicators.Conclusion Food-reintroduction program for children with CD after induction of EEN is authoritative,scientific,feasible,and clinically practical,and can guide nurses to implement scientific and standardized dietary reintroduction care for children with CD.
