摘　　要：In the context of media convergence,broadcasters must ensure sustainable development by keeping pace with the times,seizing opportunities,and demonstrating the courage to accept challenges.To achieve this,they should enhance their professional skils,establish a clear positioning,cultivate a personalized broadcasting style,and innovate in the art of broadcasting language.
