Triple Field and the Process Analysis of College Graduates'Re-socialization Crisis:Based on the Investigation of"Youth Squatting"Phenomenon

摘  要:在社会加速转型时期,青年群体再社会化危机凸显。文章基于实地调研和网络民族志观察,探讨了青年蹲啃问题的发生过程。研究发现,大学毕业生从学校到职场的再社会化过程是在三重场域完成的。第一场域发生的职场适应性困境是促使大学毕业生逃避就业、选择蹲啃的起点,家庭、学校、同辈群体和地方熟人社会等社会化机构构成的第二场域的支持缺位强化了青年的蹲啃危机,网络构成的第三场域的吸纳与聚合使青年将蹲啃行为合理化和去道德化,这三重场域的共同作用使青年再社会化进程中断。文章认为,三重场域是理解“蹲啃青年”产生过程的中观机制,通过三重场域对社会化机构进行类型化,能够深化对青年再社会化问题的认识。青年蹲啃在社会层面引发诸多负面影响,国家和社会需要重视。In the period of accelerated social transformation,the resocialization crisis of youth groups has become prominent.The survey finds that in recent years,the number of young people who"Squat at home,Chew the elderly and NEET"has risen sharply.Based on field investigation and network ethnographic observation,this paper studies the occurrence process of youth Squatting.The study finds that the resocialization process of college graduates from school to work is completed in three fields.The adaptability dilemma in the first field is the starting point for college graduates to avoid employment and choose to stay in work.The lack of support in the second field composed of family,school,peer group,and social socialization institutions of local acquaintances reinforces the youth stay in work crisis.The absorption and aggregation of the third field constituted by the network rationalized and de-moralized the squatting behavior of youth,and finally interrupted the re-socialization process of youth.It is believed that the tripartite field is the mesomechanism to understand the process of youth squatting,and the tripartite field can deepen the understanding of youth re-socialization.Youth squatting has caused a lot of negative effects on the social level,which needs the attention of the state and society.
