摘　　要：目的探讨游戏管理模式对小儿心胸术后早期下床活动及呼吸功能恢复的影响。方法选择2021年11月至2022年10月,收治的小儿心胸98例,按照护理干预方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予游戏管理模式干预;对2组患儿术后恢复情况比较;观察2组患儿早期下床活动情况;比较2组患儿术后呼吸功能恢复情况,观察2组患儿依从性及家长满意度情况。结果观察组术后拆线时间、住院时间比对照组缩短,术后24 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组首次下床时间比对照组短,下床活动的时间及活动量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后呼吸功能恢复优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿依从性高于对照组,观察组家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿心胸术后给予游戏管理模式干预,可以加快术后恢复,减轻术后疼痛,促进术后早期下床活动及呼吸功能的恢复,并可提高患儿护理依从性及家长对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of game management mode on early off-bed activities and respiratory function recovery after cardiothoracic surgery in children.Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,98 children with cardiothoracic diseases in our hospital were selected and assigned into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to different nursing intervention methods.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and those in the observation group were given game management mode.Postoperative recovery,off-bed activities,postoperative recovery of respiratory function,patient compliance and parent satisfaction were compared between groups.Results Patients in the observation group had significantly shorter time of suture removal and length of stay,and lower pain score at 24h postoperatively than those of control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had significantly shorter period for starting off-bed activities,and longer time and higher physical level of off-bed activities than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of respiratory function in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Patient compliance and parent satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Game management mode after cardiothoracic surgery in children can speed up postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative pain,promote early off-bed activities and respiratory function recovery.Moreover,it enhances patient compliance and parent satisfaction.
