基于司职协作模式的集束化护理对支气管哮喘儿童肺功能与哮喘控制效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察基于司职协作模式的集束化护理对支气管哮喘(哮喘)儿童病例肺功能与哮喘控制效果的影响。方法选择2022年6月到2023年6月就诊于空军军医大学第一附属医院的儿童哮喘病例98例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组49例,对照组遵循儿童哮喘常规护理模式施护,试验组接受基于司职协作模式的集束化护理干预,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组哮喘患儿家长疾病不确定感评分低于对照组,试验组哮喘患儿治疗完全依从率高于对照组,肺功能测评指标优于对照组,C-ACT评分、哮喘控制率高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论以基于司职协作模式的集束化护理对哮喘儿童病例施加干预,利于患儿家长疾病不确定感的减低,可提升患儿治疗完全依从率,改善患儿肺功能,提高哮喘控制成效。Objective To observe the effect of division collaboration model-based intensive nursing care on pulmonary function and asthma control in children with bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety-eight children with bronchial asthma treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled,and they were divided into the experimental group(n=49,routine nursing care mode)and the control group(n=49,division collaboration model-based intensive nursing care)by a random number table.The clinical indexes of the two groups after intervention were assessed.Results Parents’uncertainty score of children with bronchial asthma in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the rate of full compliance with treatment of children with bronchial asthma in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the indicators of pulmonary function assessment in the experimental group were better than those of the control group;the Childhood-Asthma Control Test(C-ACT)score and the asthma control rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The division collaboration model-based intensive nursing care for children with bronchial asthma is beneficial to reduce the uncertainty of parents of children,which can improve the compliance rate pulmonary function of the children,and with a good effect for asthma control.
