摘　　要：总结介绍纪云西教授从肾论治阳虚火浮型便秘的临床经验。纪云西教授临证发现,阳虚火浮型便秘以“阳虚为本,火浮为标;阳郁为根,气机不畅”为主要病因病机。故提出“温肾助阳,潜阳内收;温阳解郁,调畅气机;通调水道,运上通下”的治疗大法,以潜阳封髓丹或自创的便秘方为主方治之,常有良效。The authors are to summarize and introduce Professor JI Yunxi's clinical experience in treating constipation of yang deficiency and fire floating type from the kidney.Professor JI found in clinical practice that the main etiology and pathogenesis of constipation of yang deficiency and fire floating type lied in“yang deficiency is the root and fire floating is the branch;yang constraint is the root obstructing the qi movement”.He,therefore,mentioned the treatment methods of“warming the kidney and assisting yang and subduing yang,and contracting the interior;warming yang and resolving constraint,and regulating and freeing qi movement;regulating the waterways and transporting upwards and relieving downwards”.It is often effective to treat the disease mainly with Qianyang Fengsui(subduing yang and retaining marrow)Dan or self-created constipation prescription.
