摘　　要：介绍姚新苗教授运用四辨理论治疗骨质疏松症的临床经验。姚新苗教授认为,骨质疏松症的病机为“因虚致瘀,亏瘀致痿”,以亏虚为本,虚瘀夹杂,脾虚为始,肾虚为渐。临证以辨病、辨证、辨部、辨度为要诀,即在注重辨证论治的基础上,必须兼顾骨痿之病、骨痿之位和骨痿之脏腑演变。以补肾健脾活血为治法,创益骨汤化裁施治。临证标本兼施,脾肾同治,固本以强筋骨,延缓骨痿进程。This paper introduces Professor Yao Xinmiao's clinical experience in the treatment of osteoporosis based on Four Diagnostic Differentiation Theory.Professor YAO believes that the pathogenesis of osteoporosis is"deficiency leading to stasis,and stasis leading to wilting";the disease is fundamentally caused by deficiency,with a mixture of deficiency and stasis,and it begins with spleen deficiency and gradually evolves into kidney deficiency.In clinical practice,the key to diagnosis is to differentiate the disease,symptoms,affected area,and degree of severity.This means that while focusing on syndrome differentiation and treatment,it is also crucial to consider the disease of bone wilting,the location of bone wilting,and the evolution of the disease in viscera and bowels.The treatment method is tonifying the kidney,fortifying the spleen and activating blood,with modified Yigu Decoction as the treatment.In clinical practice,treat the root and branch simultaneously,treat both spleen and kidney,and consolidate the root to fortify sinew and bone to delay the process of bone wilting.
