摘　　要：汪龙德主任医师从脾虚气滞的角度出发治疗胃痞病,他遵循“内伤脾胃,百病由生”的理论观点,强调脾胃失调是该病产生的根源,立法组方以健脾助运、行气和胃为原则,创立参术运脾汤,圆机活法,知常达变,临床上常获良效,为临床不断探索、丰富中医药论治胃痞病提供新思路。In the treatment of gastric flatulence from the angle of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation,chief physician Wang Longde follows the theoretical viewpoint of"different diseases originate from internal damage to spleen and stomach",and emphasizes that the dysfunction of spleen and stomach is the root cause of the disease,he formulates the prescription based on the principles of invigorating spleen and promoting the transportation,moving Qi and harmonizing the stomach,invented Shenzhu spleen-transporting decoction,obtaining satisfactory effects in clinic,which could produce new thinking for clinical exploration and enrichment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric flatulence.
