摘　　要：目的:对针刺配合刺血疗法治疗偏头痛相关文献进行Meta分析,系统评价针刺配合刺血疗法治疗偏头痛的安全性及有效性,为针刺配合刺血疗法治疗偏头痛提供循证医学依据。方法:通过主题词和自由词结合的方式检索中国知网数据库、维普期刊数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Excerpta Medica Database(Embase)、Cochrane Library中针刺配合刺血疗法治疗偏头痛RCT相关文献,检索时间范围为建库至2021年5月。按照改良Jadad量表对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件对纳入文献指标进行Meta分析。结果:针刺配合刺血疗法治疗偏头痛在总有效率(OR=3.18,95%CI:1.98~5.10,P<0.00001)、VAS评分(MD=-0.36,95%CI:-0.64~-0.07,P=0.01)、尼莫地平评分(MD=-0.97,95%CI:-1.23~-0.71,P<0.00001)以及不良反应等方面均优于对照组。结论:针刺配合刺血疗法治疗偏头痛有效率显著且安全性较高。Objective:To provide the evidence-based medicine reference for the treatment of migraine by needling and blood-letting therapy by performing Meta analysis of the literature on the study and systematically assessing the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.Methods:Randomized controlled trial(RCT)literature on the treatment of migraine by needling and blood-letting therapy were searched from CNKI,VIP,China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CAJD),SinoMed,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library by combining key word and free word,the retrieval time was between the time of data establishment and May,2021.The quality of the included literature was assessed according to the modified Jadad scale,and RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis of the indicators in the included literature.Results:Total effective rate(OR=3.18,95%CI:1.98~5.10,P<0.00001),VAS scores(MD=-0.36,95%CI:-0.64~-0.07,P=0.01),Nimodipine scores(MD=-0.97,95%CI:-1.23~-0.71,P<0.00001)and adverse reactions of the treatment were better than these of the control group.Conclusion:Needling and blood-letting therapy could obtain noticeable effective rate in the treatment of migraine with higher safety.
