摘　　要：目的:调查分析新生儿父母对新生儿健康成长及居家护理的需求,并探讨其影响因素,寻找供需差距,在此基础上提出建议。方法:选取2023年9月1日—10月31日枣庄市二级及以上医院产科出生的920名新生儿父母,采用新生儿父母对新生儿健康成长及居家护理需求问卷进行调查;采用便利抽样法抽取10名各级妇幼保健人员就服务提供情况进行半结构化访谈,对所得资料进行分析。共发放问卷920份,回收有效问卷902份,问卷有效回收率98.043%。结果:902名新生儿父母对新生儿健康成长及居家护理需求总得分为(120.98±10.78)分,百分比转化后得分80.653分,各维度得分均在75分以上。多元线性逐步回归分析显示:新生儿父母与新生儿的关系、年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、新生儿胎次为新生儿父母对新生儿健康成长及居家护理需求的影响因素。基于各级妇幼保健人员视角的新生儿健康成长及居家护理供给可归纳为3个主题:提供服务、未能满足需求的事件、满足需求存在的困难。结论:新生儿父母对新生儿健康成长及居家护理需求较高,相关影响因素包含新生儿父母与新生儿的关系、新生儿父母年龄段、文化程度、家庭月收入、新生儿胎次。新生儿父母对新生儿健康成长及居家护理供需之间还存在一定的差距,而妇幼保健人员要满足新生儿父母对新生儿健康成长及居家护理需求工作中还存在一定的困难,基于此建议构建网格化服务体系,以满足新生儿父母需求,推进新生儿健康养育照护工作,提高新生儿保健水平。Objective The needs of neonate parents for the healthy growth and home care of neonate were investigated to explore the influencing factors and find the gap between supply and demand,on this basis,some suggestions are put forward.Methods A total of 920 newborn parents who were born in the obstetrics department of secondary and above hospitals in Zaozhuang City from September 1 to October 31,2023 were selected as the research objects.A questionnaire was used to investigate the healthy growth of newborns and their needs for home care.A semi-structured interview was conducted with 10 maternal and child health care workers at all levels by convenience sampling method,and the data were analyzed.A total of 920 questionnaires were sent out in this study,and 902 were effectively collected,with an effective recovery rate of 98.043%.Results The total score of the 902 newborn parents for the healthy growth of newborns and home care needs was(120.98±10.78).and the score after percentage conversion was 80.653,and the scores of all dimensions were above 75.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the relationship between parents and neonate,age,education level,family monthly income,and parity are factors affecting the healthy growth of neonate and their needs for home care.Based on the opinions of maternal and child health personnel at all levels,the healthy growth of neonate and home care supply can be summarized into three topics,including provision of services,incidents of unmet needs,difficulties in meeting needs.Conclusions The demand of neonatal parents for healthy growth and home care of newborns is high,and the related influencing factors include the relationship with the baby,the age of the parents,the level of education,the monthly income of the family,and the parity of the newborn.There is a gap between the supply and demand of neonatal parents for healthy growth and home care of newborns,and the maternal and child health care personnel have difficulties in meeting the needs of neonatal parents.Base
